The Inspiration

This project draws upon my academic research at the Chemistry of Flavor and Fragrance Laboratory, where I explored the natural scents of plants. My fascination with the power of aroma, paired with my experience as a music performer and video creator, sparked the idea of using scent to evoke emotion and memory, as famously noted by French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau: "Smell is the sense of memory and desire."
